The B.U.I.L.D. Framework

BROWSE – Finding the right deals through brokers, relationships, and off-market channels

UNITE – Assembling the right team, partners, and key operators

INVEST – Structuring the deal using a mix of debt and/or equity 

LAUNCH – Optimizing operations to maximize cash flow 

DELEGATE – Handing off daily operations so you’re the owner, not the operator

This framework is what I’ve used to buy businesses and real estate at scale, and this week, I’m going to break down each of these steps in detail.
